
We realize it’s a hard decision to make the leap and ship your parts into the unknown. Especially with someone you’ve never met, and we’d like to make it as easy as possible for you. We know the key is good communication, and want to make sure we completely understand your project and you understand what you’re getting as well as the cost before we begin.
Our reputation for excellent customer service, and show quality work keeps us busy year round. We stand behind our work 100%. We are not a production shop. Jobs don’t fly in and fly out around here. Each job takes the time it takes to make it right. We don’t slap paint on one bike to get to another. All our work is done in shop. All the products & materials that we use are top of the line in quality and durability.
We take the extra time to send photos and emails to keep you informed of the progress.
We will send you final photos for your approval before shipping. Please note that any work you see are ideas that came from the customers themselves. Their ideas range from album covers, T-shirts, a combination of photos, to originals. Sometimes they send some from other artists such as Olivia, Boris, etc. and only with permission from the original artist the painting will continue. Most of the time we are given a general idea of what they’re looking for, and we work together from there. To respect each customers right to their own design, we won’t paint any two bikes alike. If there is something you see that you like, we can work together to design something similar, and it will be your own personal creation. Once we establish a price, you can then ship us your parts, and we will contact you to let you know they’ve arrived safe. We require a 50% deposit before we begin. We can also get the sheet metal as well. Upon your final approval, your project will be shipped UPS.
All balances must be paid including S&H before we will ship.
