We start the same way as the
fender by drawing up the design
on tracing paper to fit the
tank area
The same process is used by
removing certain pieces of masking
and replacing them to avoid
overspray where you don’t want it
The first rose is
completed
You can see all the “pieces”
used to paint the rose. I’ll
leave them stuck on the tank
in case I need them later for
touch ups
Covering up the first rose to
protect it from over spray, I start
on the burgundy rose
using the same technique
Now we have two roses
