Return Shipping:
*The first stage for us is the final inspection. We will look over the part and make sure we didn't miss anything. We will check for missed buffing compound or flaws.
We will wrap each part in a non cloth material such as packing foam. We will then wrap each part in bubble wrap, and fill in with foam packing peanuts. This helps from any potential damage.
*We will include your invoice inside the box.
*The package or packages will be shipped UPS, unless other arrangements have been made.
*We will email you promptly with the tracking numbers, how much we've insured it for, which is usually the replacement cost of the sheet metal, and the cost to repaint it if it was damaged in transit.
*Factors on cost of shipping may be different then when you sent them to us. We do not charge a handling fee. Your cost to ship it back is what we get charged.
We do not up the shipping charges.
Size and weight will determine the cost of shipping.
*Overnight shipping is available, however the cost will be higher.
*We will give you a final quote for shipping before your final payment is due.
*No part will be shipped unless paid for in full. If you are sending a check. Please allow 5-7 days to clear.
When you receive your parts:
*We will be able to tell via tracking when your parts have arrived. Please be sure to unpack and inspect everything. If there are any damages, or if the box looks banged up, contact us immediately. We will contact UPS and get an inspector to you to file the claim. This is not meant to detour you or scare you from shipping.
