*How do I get an estimate and are they exact?
We will email you an estimate based on the information you have given us. Most often, we feel better about asking a few more questions especially if it involves artwork.
*I am stationed overseas, is this a problem?
Absolutely no problem.
*I am stationed overseas in the military. Is there any problems with shipping?
None at all. Shipping takes a little longer both ways, but we've never had any problems.
*Do you warranty your work?
Yes. Please see warranty link.
*What shipping should I use?
We prefer UPS. Please see shipping link.
*How long is an estimate good for?
Your estimate is good for 4 months. We keep track of all estimates for 4 months, then they are deleted.
*How long does it take to get my parts back?
It depends on the time of year. You can expect a turn a round in 4-6 weeks. Over the winter months we get extremely busy and book up fast. If you are serious about having us do your paint work, then you need to get scheduled in.
A $50 deposit is required to hold your place in line.
*Can I get a duplicate of one of the designs on your site?
The photos we have in our galleries were painted for past clients. We are proud of the work we have accomplished, but most of the jobs you see were designed with the client. We would rather work with you and design something original for you.
*How can I keep an eye on your progress?
I ask that my clients not read too much into some of the beginning stages with the progress shots as my process may appear awkward to some. I assure you, the end result is worth waiting for!
*Can I buy a Gift Certificate
Sure! I’ve added them to my website. Just select a size, select a Gift Certificate, and you’re all set! I’ll send you a beautifully designed certificate you can present on any occasion. These are especially popular for retirement gifts, Christmas gifts, and Anniversaries.
